You should know what is the roll of exercise in our life Today I will discuss the Ten established advantages of exercise Why do I want to make this blog?
Because physical inactivity, also known as not getting enough exercise, is a big deal all over the world, but it's especially important in the United States, where it has been shown that not getting enough exercise is linked to more deaths. Exercise and physical activity are technically distinct hey are technically not inter changeable . For our purposes, however, I'll just say that exercise is a more planned form of physical activity . Now that I've said that exercise lowers mortality, this is based on a lot of observational studies . If you didn't know, observational studies at aren't the best quality, but it's hard to study exercise because you can't just put people are put into a certain group for a certain amount of time, and then they are studied over time in these different categories. The same is true for studying nutrition and a lot of different things in medicine, so what do I mean by that? Okay, there was a CNN study that said that being physically inactive was worse than smoking, which may or may not be true, but there was a study that said that. I won't base my conclusions on that one study because I am aware of how difficult these studies are and that there is no perfect study, especially when it comes to exercise and nutrition. For instance, you can't just divide people into different groups and study them over time because that doesn't work. can't just have one group that says, "Okay, these people are going to smoke but not exercise, "These people are going to smoke but not exercise, "These people are going to not smoke but they will exercise, "These people are going to not smoke but they will exercise," and "These people are going to not smoke but they will exercise." The four categories are each separate, but you can't just lump people together and force people to do you one of those and then say, "Okay, we have 1 million in this category, 1 million in that quarter, and 1 million in those three categories that category and another million in that category, and then say, "Okay, we're gonna watch them from the age of 18 to 65 and then study these different groups." In theory, this would be a great study; however, clearly has ethical issues because you can't just tell someone, "Hey, listen for the study you're gonna smoke for a really long time because you know we're trying to get good results here." Second, it has been demonstrated to enhance its effects on the cardiovascular system as a whole and the heart .For instance, there is a decrease in the risk of coronary events—also known as heart attacks—as well as an improvement in overall blood pressure. Additionally, there is a decrease in the risk of cardiac death.Thirdly, exercise has been shown to improve insulin levels and blood sugar control, lowering your risk of developing diabetes .To acquire Type 2 Diabetes if they do not exercise sufficiently. In addition, just like everything we're talking about, Nutrition plays a big role in this video. However, the exercise at 3 minutes and 35 seconds is the main focus of the video. It has been proven that just exercising can lower your risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. Studies also show that exercise can prevent Cancer. have demonstrated that regular exercise lowers a person's risk of developing certain types of cancer, such as breast, colorectal, intestinal, prostate, endometrial, and pancreatic. Another proven benefit is that regular exercise also lowers a person's risk of becoming obese, which means that regular exercise alone, in and of itself, will help a person lose weight. It doesn't work like a fat burner that makes you look shredded, number 6 to help you lose fat on its own. However, when you combine a healthy diet and a good exercise routine, those two work together to help you lose fat times faster. This benefit occurs when you engage in weight-bearing activities like lifting weights, which raise bone mineral density and lower the likelihood of fractures and osteoporosis . For women who are this is especially important. at a higher risk of osteoporosis, especially as they get older, number 7 want to quit smoking, but exercise can help you quit, and number 8 physical exercise is linked to a lower risk of gall stones. Gall stones are in your gall bladder, but not every one of them does, but they can form there in the early stages of your life. Additionally, gall stones can irritate the gall bladder, causing them to exit the gall bladder through a tiny canal. When this occurs, an infection known as cholecystitis, which no one wants, can develop there. Exercise is associated with improved cognition; however, the studies are not conclusive regarding this; ten, it reduces anxiety levels; stress levels are reduced; and the number of gall stones is decreased. when you think about what happens when you exercise to talk about that runner's high, as well as when you get that high from working out with weights or doing high-intensity interval training, your chances of becoming depressed right now .Norepinephrine, which is similar to adrenaline, gives you this rush going you also get dopamine. You have serotonin, all of the neurotransmitters, and the chemicals in your brain are flowing, which makes you feel good . You're like, "Whoo" and then you kind of come back down to your baseline, so you get this spike in these natural chemicals to your brain. After the workout, you kind of go back to your normal baseline . But then you do it again and return to your new baseline, which is a little bit higher than your old baseline. I need to do it again, and it will be higher and a little bit higher it will be higher after a while I could do it for 30-60 days start having a new baseline up to here your brain is feeling really good more often than it was when you started, so I recommend exercising every day, if at all possible. If you can, take one or two days off, but the more you do, the better . Of course, everyone is unique. Everyone has their own genetics. Everyone has their own doctor. I hope so but generally speaking, the more exercise you do, the better I hope you enjoyed this . If you did, please like it .pleas tell me what you think about the benefits of exercise in the comments section below. If you've specifically noticed the benefits, let me know below.
